PRO Troubleshooting

The Performance tab says “Not measured yet”

Why a Core Web Vitals row can be empty, and what to check.

No visits yet

Measurements come from real people visiting your checkout page. The screen shows “Waiting for your first checkout visit” until one has happened, and a number appears from the first visit.

INP needs an interaction

INP measures how quickly the page reacts to a click or keystroke. If visitors left without interacting, there is nothing to measure, so INP can stay empty even when LCP and CLS have data.

The browser doesn’t report it

Some browsers, notably Safari, don’t provide LCP or INP. If most of your visitors use one, those rows fill in more slowly.

Only the checkout page counts

Visits to the cart, product pages and the order-received page aren’t measured.

Is the license active?

The collector is only loaded while the PRO license is active. Check Commerce Health → PRO license.

Is the checkout page cached?

Checkout pages should not be served from a page cache. The report carries a short-lived security token that a cached copy can leave expired, which causes reports to be rejected. Exclude the checkout page from caching (most WooCommerce setups already do).
