Understanding your health score

The 0–100 score, the status levels and the per-category breakdown, and exactly how they are calculated.

How the score is calculated

Every scan starts from a perfect 100. Each check that ends in a warning or a failure deducts points according to how severe the finding is. Passing checks, “Not applicable” checks and informational findings deduct nothing.

Severity Points deducted per finding
Critical 25
High 12
Medium 6
Low 2
Info 0

The score can’t go below 0.

Status levels

Score Status shown
75–100 Healthy
60–74 Attention
40–59 Unhealthy
0–39 Critical
One critical finding overrides the scoreIf any check finds a Critical issue, the status is shown as Critical even when the number is high. A good score can never hide a business-critical problem.

Category scores

Each category (Commerce, Reliability, Performance, Database, Configuration, Security, Integrations) has its own score: 100 minus the deductions from the findings in that category. This shows you where to look first.

What to do next

Open the Issues screen and start with the most severe findings. See Review and prioritize your issues.
