A scan won’t finish
What to check if Scan store seems stuck.

How scans run
A scan is queued in the background with Action Scheduler (bundled with WooCommerce). Background jobs depend on WordPress cron working, so a store where cron is disabled or never triggered can leave a scan waiting.
What to try
- Wait a minute or two and refresh the Overview screen.
- Run another scan. If an earlier one has since completed you will see its result.
- Check the Reliability category from your most recent finished scan: WordPress Cron, Action Scheduler Health, Failed Scheduled Actions and Overdue Scheduled Actions point at the usual causes.
- If your host disables WordPress’s built-in cron, make sure a real server cron job calls
wp-cron.phpregularly.
Still waiting?Contact support and mention your hosting provider, whether WooCommerce is active, and what the Reliability checks reported. That tells us where to look.
