Weekly summary email
The “Your store this week” email: when it is sent, what it contains and how to turn it off.
On this page
PRO sends a short “Your store this week” email so you can see what monitoring did without opening wp-admin.
When it is sent
- On by default, to your alert recipients (the site admin email unless you set To and CC under Commerce Health → Settings → Alert recipients).
- At most once every 7 days. The first email is sent 7 days after monitoring first ran. After that, 7 days after each one.
- It is checked on PRO’s 5-minute background cycle, so it can arrive a few minutes after the 7 days are up.
- It is not sent while the PRO license is inactive.
What is in it
- Your Checkout Health Score, and how it changed compared with a week earlier (when there is enough history).
- The four tiles for the week: monitoring cycles, checks completed, warnings and critical issues.
- Up to four recent events, such as issues found or resolved and plugin changes.
- How many days PRO has been monitoring (up to 7).
It is a summary, not an alert. It is sent even in a quiet week, and it doesn’t replace the issue emails.
Turn it off, or preview it
- Open Commerce Health → PRO settings.
- In Weekly Summary Email, untick the box to turn it off, or click Send a preview now to send a copy marked as a preview.
The weekly summary and its preview go to your alert recipients: the To addresses, with the CC addresses copied. Set them under Commerce Health → Settings → Alert recipients.
The email uses WordPress’s normal mail sending, so it needs the same working email setup as other alerts. See Why didn’t I receive an issue email?
