Requirements and compatibility

The WordPress, PHP and plugin versions Commerce Health needs.

  • WordPress 6.0 or newer.
  • PHP 8.1 or newer.
  • WooCommerce is optional for the free plugin, and needed for PRO’s checkout monitoring.
  • PRO requires the free Commerce Health plugin to be installed and active.

If the free plugin is deactivated while PRO is active, PRO shows a notice instead of failing, and PRO’s features pause until Commerce Health is active again. The PHP Version and PHP Memory Limit checks in a scan will tell you if your hosting is behind.
