Deactivate a site
Release a site’s activation so your license can be used on another site.

Each license can be active on a limited number of sites (shown on the PRO license screen as “Activations used”). To use it somewhere new once you’ve reached the limit, free up a slot first.
From the site itself
- Open Commerce Health → PRO license on the site.
- Click Deactivate This Site and confirm.
From your account
If you can’t reach the site any more, open the Licenses page in your Kodenzo account and use Deactivate Site next to it.
What happens
- The activation slot is freed straight away.
- On that site, PRO monitoring, Continuous Diagnostics and the PRO email stop immediately and the dashboard asks for a license again.
- The free plugin keeps working normally, and the data PRO already collected is kept.
You can re-activate the same license (or a different one) at any time, within your plan’s activation limit.
