Understanding your health score
The 0–100 score, the status levels and the per-category breakdown, and exactly how they are calculated.
How the score is calculated
Every scan starts from a perfect 100. Each check that ends in a warning or a failure deducts points according to how severe the finding is. Passing checks, “Not applicable” checks and informational findings deduct nothing.
| Severity | Points deducted per finding |
|---|---|
| Critical | 25 |
| High | 12 |
| Medium | 6 |
| Low | 2 |
| Info | 0 |
The score can’t go below 0.
Status levels
| Score | Status shown |
|---|---|
| 75–100 | Healthy |
| 60–74 | Attention |
| 40–59 | Unhealthy |
| 0–39 | Critical |
Category scores
Each category (Commerce, Reliability, Performance, Database, Configuration, Security, Integrations) has its own score: 100 minus the deductions from the findings in that category. This shows you where to look first.
What to do next
