Run your first scan
Click Scan store on the Overview screen and read your health score and category breakdown.

Start a scan
- In wp-admin, open Commerce Health → Overview.
- Click Scan store.
- Wait for the scan to finish. It runs 34 checks and usually takes a short while.
What you will see
- An overall health score from 0 to 100, with a status: Healthy, Attention, Unhealthy or Critical.
- A breakdown by category: Commerce, Reliability, Performance, Database, Configuration, Security and Integrations.
- Your priority issues, ready to open and read.

How scans run
A scan starts in the background using Action Scheduler (which ships with WooCommerce). If Action Scheduler isn’t available, the scan runs directly instead. Scans in the free plugin only run when you click Scan store; nothing is re-checked automatically unless you use PRO’s Continuous Diagnostics.
A scan never changes your storeEvery check only reads your site’s configuration. It never edits settings, content or WooCommerce data.
